Making Bruschetta - my way
Lot's of herbs, cheese, and bread left over from Fondue.... why not make some Bruschetta :p~~ I didn't go with recipes on inet... but still not bad.

DSCF1365 Left over baguette... probably softer bread is better :p DSCF1366 Need 2 medium garlic cloves, minced DSCF1367 1 pound ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded.   I just used one DSCF1368 Left over Emmentaler Cheese, and spicy salami.    Should add some mozzarella cheese to mix next time.  Emmentaler hardened too fast DSCF1370 chopped and diced DSCF1372 drain over a bowl for 30 minutes to remove excess liquid. DSCF1373 DSCF1374 Cut the bread in half ;) DSCF1376 fry the parsley and chives a bit, add olive oil DSCF1378 spread the herbs mix DSCF1379 ;) DSCF1383 add tomato DSCF1385 add salami too DSCF1386 cover with cheese... I didn't add enough. :(  Next time!! DSCF1388 I baked for 5 minutes to melt the cheese... the tomato was still cold.   But people serve this cold usually.  I like it hot!. DSCF1390 Oh yeah, add pepper too!!
