I boiled it too long :( :( :( DSCF9724 drain it, the lazy way DSCF9725 all ready DSCF9727 onion and parsley DSCF9728 drained rice noodle and DSCF9729 add a bit of oil to make it less sticky DSCF9730 dried shrimp, cleaned and soaked in water DSCF9731 Add garlic, onions, dried shrimp, shallots, oyster sauce, chicken and stir-fry until cooked. DSCF9732 used three eggs... a bit too much DSCF9733 DSCF9734 4 spoons of pad thai sauce with added water.  We added 2 more spoons later DSCF9735 DSCF9737 didn't put white vinegar, used japanese sushi rice vinegar instead :p DSCF9739 a bit of thai hot sauce DSCF9741 some roasted peanuts DSCF9743 Cooked too long, noodles got chopped and turned rice looking.  There weren't too much taste, maybe have to add more vinegar. Didn't add lemon / lime juice at the end.
